around him is a symbol of the various things which is generally attached to him that he ignores,
He's not interested in that,
only interested in things that are flashy, that seem interesting for him, things that are beyond his ability or not part of him.

He always thought that this flashy and strange things was the way made for him.
Which actually makes him even longer in another dimension
(a world he doesn't recognize)
